Step 1: Click the 'Lend Now' button at the top of the Deki home page. You will be taken to a list of our borrowers.
Step 2: Select a person you would like to support and choose the amount you would like to lend from the drop down menu to the right of the business description and then click 'Lend Now'.
Step 3: If you would like to add another borrower - click the pink 'Lend again' button.
Step 4: Review your Basket: If you want to change the amount you wish to lend, you will need to delete the borrower and click 'lend again'. You can now select the correct amount you would like to lend.
Step 5: You can not lend unless you are a member and logged in. Please select either the pink ‘login’ or 'register' button. Where you can either login to Deki or choose a username and password to create an account.
Step 6: You will need to have enough credit in your account to make the transaction. If you haven’t you will be asked to top up.
Step 7: You can make an optional donation to Deki to cover our administration fees and press 'Submit'. If you would prefer not to donate, please delete this amount and press 'Submit'.
Step 8: You can pay for the loan through PayPal's secure website.
Step 9: After making your PayPal transaction, you will be directed back to your Deki lending cart, where you will need to confirm your order.
Deki will keep you updated throughout the loan. You can check your account at anytime by clicking 'My Account'.
Here you will be able to see how much your borrowers have repaid.
Once a repayment has been made you have three options:
• You can re-lend your funds. if you have less than £10 credit you can always top them up.
• You can donate the repaid amount to Deki.
• Withdraw them via your PayPal account.

1. Log into your Deki Account.
2. Click 'My Account'.
3. Click 'Top up Funds' in the left hand menu.

No, £10 is the minimum loan amount. Due to the cost of transaction fees Deki is unable to except loans smaller than this.
Can my company create an account?
You can create a company account in the same way as an individual lender account.
You can use the company name as the username and also in the ‘first name’ box.
You can also upload the company logo. Featured lenders appear on the home page, creating a good philanthropic image for your company.
